(BUS) - Camberwell Church Street Bus Stop located <150metres from Camberwell Leisure Centre. This bus stop is on bus routes: 12, 36, 171, 345, 436.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Disabled access on the main entrance of the building with lift access to the clinic situated on the 3rd floor.

ON ARRIVAL:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Please either use the Online Check-in system to note your arrival or report to reception who will direct you to the 3rd Floor.
Please knock on the treatment door and wait.
