ACCESSIBILITY:
The clinic room is located on the first floor. There is no lift within the premises. Toilet Facilities.

ON ARRIVAL:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Report to the reception area at the main entrance of 'The Hubb' Business Centre
Please either use the Online Check-in system (rehabplus.janeapp.co.uk/checkin) to note your arrival or inform the receptionist that you are visiting for your Physiotherapy appointment.
You will be directed to the treatment room.
Please knock on the door and take a seat in the lounge area until you are called into your appointment by the physiotherapist.
