The Eltham clinic is situated within Eltham Goals Soccer Centre, across the street is a 'Big Yellow Self Storage' location.

PARKING INFORMATION:

There is a large free car park at the Goals Centre.

TRANSIT INFORMATION:

(TRAIN) - Nearest station is Lee Train station and is about a 20 minutes moderate walk.
(BUS) - Sidbup Road Bus Stop is approximately a 4-minute walk to the clinic.

ACCESSIBILITY:
The centre is wheelchair accessible. Toilet Facilities

ON ARRIVAL:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Report to the reception area at the main entrance of the Eltham Goals Soccer Centre.
Please either use the Online Check-in system to note your arrival or inform the Goals Centre receptionist that you are visiting for your Physiotherapy appointment.
You will be directed to the treatment room.
Please knock on the door and take a seat in the lounge area until you are called into your appointment by the physiotherapist.
