ACCESSIBILITY:
- The clinic is NOT wheelchair accessible.
- Toilet facilities are available

ON ARRIVAL:
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please use the Online Check-in system to note your arrival. Please then wait in the waiting room recognisable by a CHAMPION HEALTH PLUS signage until the Physiotherapist comes to collect you for your appointment.
